Fascinating Corinth Coca-Cola Museum

The Corinth Coca-Cola Museum has a story that spans over 100 years. Located across the street from the local Coca-Cola Headquarters, it offers free admission and private or group tours. This museum houses a robust and exceptional collection of authentic memorabilia, vintage drink machines, and other fascinating relics from the era of soda fountains and general stores.

While the museum itself opened in 2017, its story begins in 1905 when a local businessman, Avon Kenneth Walker, purchased an interest in Corinth (MS) Bottling Works. In 1907, Weaver and his business partner, Mr. C.C. Clark, were awarded a Coca-Cola franchise by the Coca-Cola Bottling Company, Inc. in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The two men formed the Coca-Cola Bottling Group of Corinth.

Over the last century, the Coca-Cola Bottling Group of Corinth has expanded its operations. Today, it serves forty counties in Mississippi, Tennessee, Arkansas, and Missouri. The company opened its museum next to its current headquarters to share and celebrate its history and the impact it’s had on Corinth and the surrounding area.
